Customize your course with these settings.

Access Settings

Visibility

  • Draft: Only you can see the course
  • Published: Enrolled users can access
  • Archived: Read-only for all users

Enrollment Options

  • Open: Anyone can self-enroll
  • Invite Only: Manual enrollment required
  • Access Code: Self-enroll with code

Date Settings

  • Start Date: When course becomes accessible
  • End Date: When course closes
  • Access After End: Allow viewing after end date

Content Settings

Completion Tracking

  • Enable/disable progress tracking
  • Set completion requirements per item
  • Certificate generation on completion

Content Release

  • Manual release: Publish when ready
  • Scheduled release: Automatic by date
  • Sequential release: Unlock based on progress

Grading Settings

Grade Display

  • Show grades to students
  • Show points or percentages
  • Letter grade display

Late Policy

  • Accept late submissions
  • Apply late penalties
  • Grace period configuration

Announcements

  • Enable/disable announcements

Saving Changes

Click "Save Settings" to apply changes. Some settings take effect immediately; others apply to new content only.
