Setting Up Passback

Step 1: Configure Connection

1. Admin > Integrations > SIS

2. Enter SIS credentials

3. Test connection

4. Map data fields

Step 2: Course Mapping

• Match DNLearn courses to SIS courses
• Map grade columns
• Set sync frequency

Step 3: Enable Passback

1. Course Settings > Gradebook

2. Enable "SIS Grade Passback"

3. Select grade column to sync

4. Choose sync timing

Sync Options

Automatic Sync

• Real-time: Immediate sync
• Scheduled: Daily/weekly
• On grade change

Manual Sync

• Click "Sync to SIS"
• Confirm before sending
• View sync status

Final Grade

• Send final course grade
