Accessing Reports

1. Go to Analytics > Reports

2. Choose "Create Report" or use template

3. Configure parameters

4. Generate and view

Building a Report

Step 1: Select Data

Choose what to include:

  • Students (all or filtered)
  • Date range
  • Courses or sections
  • Specific metrics

Step 2: Configure Columns

Select fields:

  • Student info (name, ID, email)
  • Grades (individual or aggregate)
  • Engagement (time, views, submissions)
  • Progress (completion %)

Step 3: Apply Filters

Narrow results:

  • By grade range
  • By completion status
  • By activity level
  • By section

Step 4: Format

Choose output:

  • Table view
  • Charts/graphs
  • Summary statistics
